Refund policy

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags still attached.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Sale items can be exchanged within 2 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Situations

To protect our small business from fraudulent claims, we reserve the right to reject any return if:

• The item appears to have been worn, washed, or altered.
• The return was initiated beyond the allowed time.
• The customer is found repeatedly violating our return terms (e.g. excessive return requests, item swapping, or returns of used products).

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at [your email] with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.
2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
3. customer is responsible  for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or wrong.

please note : all returns are inspected . if a return does not meet our policy, it will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Sales Items are non-refundable.

Above policy comes in accordance with article 17 of the Executive Regulations of the Consumer Protection Law No.181 of 2018
